This is a bowl made by a potter my family knows. The lip looks like this all the way around. I would like to try something like this sometime this week. I think you have to cut it while its leather hard.

I started making a teapot today. I made the base of the project. I need to make a lid, spout, and handle now. Im really excited about it!

My projects came out of the glaze! I have three bowls and a small cylinder. I had to reglaze one of the bowls because it was too thin. I'll post pictures soon!

I put my three projects in the bisque. They should be out tomorrow. Im excited to glaze again, but there arent many glazes made right now. I think I'll use turquoise for the majority of them. Or clear. Also, I made another bowl. Its kind of wide. I footed a little too much off today and almost poked through the base.

These are all the projects I've made so far. Two bowls and one small cylinder. I like them all, they fit with my new theme that I've been thinking about: cute and tiny.

Im so excited to start ceramics again! Last Friday I made a small bowl. Not much, but I think its a good start to the beginning of the year. I cant wait for more to come!
