Here are the two bowls that I made and am in the process of glazing.

I'm working on glazing my dog bowl and bowl that recently came out of the glaze. On the dog bowl, I stained "WOOF" and little pieces of dog kibble. The "o's" in "woof"

Break is over :( But back to ceramics! I had a lot of projects come out of the glaze to take home before break. I like the way most of the turned out. The glaze of my cup is so pretty!

Today, I footed a bowl that I made yesterday. It is bubble like. I also made a dog bowl earlier this week. It's a little thick. Today, I also added three of my projects to the glaze kiln. A plate, and two vases. Im excited to see the plate because I used the matte turquoise.

Today, I glazed three projects; one bowl, one cup, and one vase. I glazed my bowl in celedon. I glazed the cup in dark blue. The cup had a few cracks on it, so I needed to glaze it in a dark color. The small vase is glazed in shadow green on the inside. On the outside, I sponged on shadow green and dipped it in clear to keep the spots not in green shiny. I hope they turn out nice.

Today, my teapot came out of the glaze. I dont like how it turned out. The white was not very thick and the green didnt look good. Where the two colors mixed look nice, so I re-dipped the whole project in white again. We'll see how it goes. Also, I started glazing my plate-bowl dish. I stained a green spiral on the inside, like another bowl I made, but also continued the spirals on the outside. I will dip it in clear tomorrow. My cup that came out of the bisque looked awful and cracked a little, so I gave it to Ms. H for glaze testing. I still have to sand my other plate and put a couple other projects in the bisque.

Today, I made a simple bowl. Lately, I've liked making simple projects with simple glazes. Nothing too exciting. I still have to put my teapot in the glaze. I put my cup and dish in the bisque. I have to sand one of my plates because it dried out too fast to foot.

Today, I put two of my projects in the bisque. For the round vase, I dipped it in shadow green or dark blue (I cant remember) and made it drip sideways and upside down. Then I dipped the whole project in clear. For the bowl, I just dipped it in turquoise or shadow green. Im still working on glazing my teapot. The handle and spout are shadow green along with part of the lid. The rest will be opaque white.

I threw another plate. It is for a friend; he's going to glaze it for himself, so we'll see how it turns out. It turned out nice. I also threw a small, bubble shaped vase and a small bowl. The bowl doesnt have the traditional round shape, so I like it.

This is my finished teapot. I really like it, but the handle could be better. I need to work on those. The lid is actually pretty good, which I'm happy about. While I was throwing it, I didn't like it and carved a hole in it, but somehow I managed to fix it.
